User Activity Dashboard for Jira

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the User Activity Dashboard app (the "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Purchase and Payment
   The App is a paid product, and you will be required to pay the applicable fee in order to use it. Payment must be made through the Atlassian Marketplace or other authorized platform. We reserve the right to change the price of the App at any time.
2. Eligibility
   You represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the company or organization using the App and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms on behalf of that company or organization.
3. Use of the App
   You may use the App for commercial use, in accordance with the usage limits specified in the App's listing on the Atlassian Marketplace or other authorized platform. You may not use the App for any other purpose, or in any way that is illegal or violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
   The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content, features, or functionality of the App except as expressly provided in these Terms.
5. Support and Maintenance
   We will provide support and maintenance for the App as described in the App's listing on the Atlassian Marketplace or other authorized platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue support and maintenance at any time.
6. Termination
   We may terminate your use of the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the App and any data associated with your use of the App may be deleted.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App is provided "as is" and "as available" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
9. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you purchased the App, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
